風(fēng)管在生產(chǎn)過程中對材料的要求是相當(dāng)講究的。當(dāng)風(fēng)道的表層是由鋁箔,為了確保表層不容易損壞,鋁箔規(guī)定的材料和厚度,鋁箔的厚度和表面增強(qiáng)材料復(fù)合風(fēng)道規(guī)定。

目前，非金屬管道材料發(fā)展迅速，品種較多。為保證使用安全，這些材料制成的風(fēng)道應(yīng)根據(jù)工程需要具有不燃或耐火B(yǎng)1級燃燒性能要求，其表層必須為不燃材料。根據(jù)我國多年的工程實踐和產(chǎn)品現(xiàn)狀，規(guī)定了熱敏膠帶和壓敏膠帶剝離強(qiáng)度試驗的小值和鋁箔厚度值。膠帶的寬度應(yīng)不小于50mm，防止使用膠帶不能滿足管壁密封強(qiáng)度和管道壽命。熱粘帶的優(yōu)點是依靠熱熔膠的粘合，只要不加熱，粘帶表面在室溫下固化，粘接強(qiáng)度強(qiáng)。
