通風(fēng)管道的合口連接是否成功是整個(gè)通風(fēng)管道系統(tǒng)安裝成功與否的關(guān)鍵，通風(fēng)管道的合口連接如果不合格，就會(huì)在使管道系統(tǒng)在使用過程中發(fā)生泄露的現(xiàn)象，因此，在進(jìn)行通風(fēng)管道的合口連接時(shí)，我們一定要注意以下提到的注意事項(xiàng)。
Whether the joint connection of ventilation pipe is successful or not is the key to the successful installation of the whole ventilation pipe system. If the joint connection of ventilation pipe is not qualified, it will cause the leakage of the pipe system in the process of use. Therefore, when the joint connection of ventilation pipe is carried out, we must pay attention to the following precautions.
1、矩形風(fēng)管直管段，不管是同一板材連接，還是幾塊板材組合拼接，表面需平整、角線順直。組合前應(yīng)清除板材切口表面的切割粉末、灰塵及雜物。
1. Whether the straight section of rectangular duct is connected by the same plate or assembled by several plates, the surface shall be smooth and the corner line shall be straight. Before combination, the cutting powder, dust and sundries on the cutting surface of the plate shall be removed.
2、管段組合后45度角切邊外部接縫，需貼鋁箔膠帶封合板材外殼面，每邊寬度不少于20mm.用角尺、鋼卷尺檢查調(diào)整垂直度及對(duì)角線偏差，并符合規(guī)范要求。
2. After the pipe section is assembled, the outer joint of 45 degree angle trimming shall be sealed with aluminum foil tape, and the width of each side shall not be less than 20 mm. The perpendicularity and diagonal deviation shall be checked and adjusted with angle ruler and steel tape, and shall meet the specification requirements.
3、風(fēng)管的圓弧面或折線面完成下料并折壓成型后，應(yīng)與平面板預(yù)組合無誤后在涂刷粘合劑，以保證管件的幾何形狀尺寸及觀感。

4、連接組合后的管段應(yīng)垂直擺放至定型后方可移動(dòng)。

5、鋁箔復(fù)合保溫風(fēng)管所用粘合劑須按板材廠商認(rèn)定的專用粘合劑，如另行采購粘合劑，必須做連接效果對(duì)比試驗(yàn)，并經(jīng)監(jiān)理、板材商檢查、認(rèn)可后方可使用。
5. The adhesive used for the aluminum foil composite insulation duct shall be the special adhesive recognized by the sheet manufacturer. If the brand adhesive is purchased separately, the connection effect comparison test must be conducted, and it can only be used after being inspected and approved by the supervisor and the sheet manufacturer.
6、粘結(jié)前須預(yù)組合，檢查接縫全部貼合無誤再涂刷粘合劑，粘合時(shí)間控制與季節(jié)、溫度及粘合劑性能有關(guān)。批量加工前應(yīng)作樣板試驗(yàn)，確定粘合時(shí)間。
6. Before bonding, it is necessary to pre assemble, check that all joints fit correctly, and then brush the adhesive. The bonding time control is related to season, temperature and adhesive performance. Sample test should be done before batch processing to determine the bonding time.
