一、在通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)中的通風(fēng)管道是相互連接的一個整體,必然得遵循各支路阻力平衡規(guī)律,當(dāng)風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)形式、管道尺寸一經(jīng)確定,在一定的風(fēng)機(jī)作用下,各段的風(fēng)量是按阻力平衡規(guī)律自動分配的。在設(shè)計計算時未經(jīng)阻力平衡計算,會導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)實際風(fēng)量分配與設(shè)計不符。當(dāng)然我們也可以通過調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)閥來分配風(fēng)量,但這樣一來就又使非不利環(huán)路的風(fēng)壓多余。所以在設(shè)計計算時考慮各環(huán)路的阻力平衡具有現(xiàn)實意義。

Once the structural form and pipe size of the air duct system are determined, under the action of a certain fan, the air volume of each section is automatically distributed according to the resistance balance law. If the resistance balance calculation is not carried out in the design calculation, the actual air volume distribution of the system will be inconsistent with the design. Of course, we can also adjust the air valve to distribute the air volume, but in this way, the air pressure of the non adverse loop is redundant. Therefore, it is of practical significance to consider the resistance balance of each loop in the design and calculation.
然而,不少設(shè)計人員在進(jìn)行風(fēng)道水力計算及阻力平衡過程中僅僅憑經(jīng)驗估算或查圖手算,這樣費時費力還達(dá)不到理想效果。筆者所設(shè)計的計算軟件以excel為工作平臺,用vba語言為開發(fā)工具,從而確保了程序的執(zhí)行效率。
However, in the process of hydraulic calculation and resistance balance of air duct, many designers only rely on empirical estimation or manual calculation by looking up drawings, which is time-consuming and laborious and can not achieve the ideal effect. The calculation software designed by the author takes excel as the working platform and VBA as the development tool, so as to ensure the execution efficiency of the program.

二、阻力自動平衡計算的基本步驟

風(fēng)道系統(tǒng)阻力平衡自動計算的執(zhí)行過程基本延用常規(guī)設(shè)計的計算步驟,主要如下:
The execution process of automatic calculation of resistance balance of air duct system basically follows the calculation steps of conventional design, mainly as follows:
①將各節(jié)點間的邏輯關(guān)系、管段的相關(guān)參數(shù)依次輸入并保存,然后根據(jù)技術(shù)要求初步選定各管段的假定風(fēng)速;
① Input and save the logical relationship between nodes and relevant parameters of pipe sections in turn, and then preliminarily select the assumed wind speed of each pipe section according to the technical requirements;
②根據(jù)假定風(fēng)速自動計算管段當(dāng)量水力直徑及阻力損失;
② Automatically calculate the equivalent hydraulic diameter and resistance loss of the pipe section according to the assumed wind speed;
③用節(jié)點逆尋法自動查找系統(tǒng)各環(huán)路的路徑及阻力損失,并確定系統(tǒng)不利環(huán)路;
③ The node reverse search method is used to automatically find the path and resistance loss of each loop of the system, and determine the unfavorable loop of the system;
④對非不利環(huán)路進(jìn)行自動阻力平衡。
④ Automatic resistance balancing for non adverse loops.
⑤對計算結(jié)果進(jìn)行校核。
⑤ Check the calculation results.
以上過程中只有工作量不大①、⑤需人工干預(yù),而其他步驟全部由計算機(jī)自動完成。從而不但確保其計算速度及準(zhǔn)確性,而且還可根據(jù)需要進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)氖止ふ{(diào)整。
