雙層不銹鋼煙囪整體結(jié)構(gòu)采用分段式組合,可靈活組成任意走向，煙囪每段基本由內(nèi)筒、外筒、環(huán)板、支撐、隔熱材料等裝配成單節(jié)部件，不銹鋼煙囪每節(jié)之間的聯(lián)接采用特殊材料密封,并由環(huán)形抱箍精密組合，拐角、轉(zhuǎn)向處用曲管、三通等部件抱箍卡接處理,對(duì)溫差引起的位移用伸縮節(jié)及補(bǔ)償器進(jìn)行完全補(bǔ)償，在鍋爐出口處或局部橫向煙道上裝有防爆門，煙囪的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程全部在自動(dòng)化及專用設(shè)備上進(jìn)行，能高質(zhì)量地提供各種規(guī)格的煙囪部件。

The connection between each section of the stainless steel chimney is sealed with special materials, and is precisely combined by ring hoop. The corner and turning place are clamped with curved pipe, tee and other components, The displacement caused by temperature difference shall be fully compensated by expansion joints and compensators, and explosion-proof doors shall be installed at the boiler outlet or local horizontal flue. The production process of chimney shall be carried out on automation and special equipment, which can provide various specifications of chimney components with high quality.
