（1）應(yīng)設(shè)置在該排煙系統(tǒng)高排煙口的上部，并應(yīng)設(shè)在用耐火極限不小于2.5h的隔墻隔開的機(jī)房內(nèi)，機(jī)房的門應(yīng)采用耐火極限不低于0.6h的防火門。

（2）為了方便維修，排煙風(fēng)機(jī)外殼至墻壁或設(shè)備的距離不應(yīng)小于60cm.

（3）排煙風(fēng)機(jī)與排煙道的連接方式應(yīng)合理。實踐證明，因為排煙風(fēng)機(jī)與排煙風(fēng)道連接方式不正確，常常會引起風(fēng)機(jī)的性能顯著下降。
(3) The connection between exhaust fan and exhaust flue should be reasonable. It has been proved that the performance of the fan is often decreased because of the incorrect connection between the exhaust fan and the exhaust duct.
（4）排煙風(fēng)機(jī)與排煙口應(yīng)設(shè)有連鎖裝置。當(dāng)任何一個排煙口開啟時，排煙風(fēng)機(jī)即能自動啟動。即一經(jīng)報警，確認(rèn)發(fā)牛火災(zāi)時，由手動或由消防控制室遙控開啟排煙口，則排煙風(fēng)機(jī)立即投入運(yùn)行，同時立即關(guān)閉著火區(qū)的通風(fēng)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)。
(4) The smoke exhaust fan and smoke outlet shall be equipped with interlock device. When any smoke outlet is opened, the smoke exhaust fan can start automatically. That is to say, once the fire alarm is given and the smoke exhaust outlet is opened manually or remotely by the fire control room, the smoke exhaust fan will be put into operation immediately and the ventilation and air conditioning system in the fire area will be shut down immediately.
（5）排煙風(fēng)機(jī)應(yīng)設(shè)在混凝土或鋼架基礎(chǔ)上，但可不設(shè)置減振裝置。風(fēng)機(jī)吸人口管道上不應(yīng)設(shè)有調(diào)節(jié)裝置。
(5) The smoke exhaust fan shall be set on the concrete or steel frame foundation, but vibration damping device may not be set. There should be no regulating device on the suction pipe of the fan.
