一、風(fēng)管的辨認(rèn)
1、 Identification of air duct
關(guān)于風(fēng)管加工的轉(zhuǎn)化之前，有一個(gè)內(nèi)容要求先清楚，那就是關(guān)于風(fēng)管的標(biāo)高。用高度調(diào)整指令檢查時(shí)，有時(shí)顯示出來的效果不一樣。那是由于，管線和管道的標(biāo)高就是線或管的中間標(biāo)高，往常再說管道多高時(shí)，就是把管道當(dāng)作一根線。而假定做風(fēng)管，那在標(biāo)明標(biāo)高時(shí)，辦法就有些不同。要說風(fēng)管管底標(biāo)高，仍是中間標(biāo)高，仍是頂標(biāo)高。所以在風(fēng)管之前，要看清圖紙上的風(fēng)管將來是上平齊，仍是下平齊，仍是中間齊，那相對應(yīng)的調(diào)整管底標(biāo)高，中間標(biāo)高和頂標(biāo)高。（此外，在做風(fēng)管轉(zhuǎn)化時(shí)，也要針對性的要運(yùn)用對應(yīng)的一種）。

④法蘭用料分類理順碼放，露天放置應(yīng)采取防雨、雪措施，減少生銹現(xiàn)象
④ Flange materials shall be classified and stacked in order. Rain and snow proof measures shall be taken for outdoor placement to reduce rust
⑤不銹鋼板、鋁板要立靠在木架上、不要平迭，以免拖動(dòng)時(shí)刮傷表面
⑤ Stainless steel plate and aluminum plate shall stand against the wooden frame and shall not be stacked horizontally to avoid scratching the surface during dragging
⑥通風(fēng)工程所需材料應(yīng)碼放在平整，無積水，寬敞的場地，不與其它材料，設(shè)備等碼放在一起，并有防雨、雪措施，碼放時(shí)應(yīng)按系統(tǒng)編號，整齊、合理，便于裝運(yùn)。
⑥ The materials required for ventilation works shall be stacked in a flat, free of ponding and spacious site, not together with other materials and equipment, and rain and snow prevention measures shall be taken. The stacking shall be orderly and reasonable according to the system number for easy shipment.
