1 由于氣溫和糧溫相差較大，一次通風(fēng)時(shí)間要選在白天，以減小糧溫和氣溫的差距，減輕結(jié)露的發(fā)生。以后的通風(fēng)盡量選在晚上進(jìn)行，因?yàn)楸敬瓮L(fēng)是以降溫為主，晚上大氣濕度相對(duì)偏高、溫度較低，這樣即減少了水份損耗，又充分利用了晚上的低溫，提高了降溫效果。

2 用離心風(fēng)機(jī)通風(fēng)初期有可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)門(mén)窗、墻壁結(jié)露，甚至表層糧面輕微結(jié)露，只要停止風(fēng)機(jī)，打開(kāi)窗戶，開(kāi)啟軸流風(fēng)機(jī)，必要時(shí)翻動(dòng)糧面，將倉(cāng)內(nèi)的濕熱空氣排除倉(cāng)外就可以。而用軸流風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)行緩速通風(fēng)就不會(huì)出現(xiàn)結(jié)露現(xiàn)象，只會(huì)出現(xiàn)中上層糧溫緩慢上升，隨著通風(fēng)的繼續(xù)進(jìn)行糧溫會(huì)平穩(wěn)下降。

3. 5 能耗計(jì)算：14號(hào)倉(cāng)用軸流風(fēng)機(jī)累計(jì)通風(fēng)50天，平均每天15小時(shí)，共用750小時(shí)，水份平均降了0.4%，糧溫平均降了23.1度，單位能耗為：0.027kw.h/t.℃。28號(hào)倉(cāng)累計(jì)通風(fēng)6天，共用126小時(shí)，水份平均降了1.0%，溫度平均降了20.3度，單位能耗為：0.038kw.h/t.℃。
5 energy consumption calculation: the axial-flow fan used in No.14 warehouse has accumulated 50 days of ventilation, with an average of 15 hours per day and 750 hours of common use. The average water content and grain temperature decreased by 0.4% and 23.1 ℃ respectively, and the unit energy consumption was 0.027kw.h/t. ℃. The results show that the total ventilation time of No.28 warehouse is 6 days and 126 hours. The moisture content and temperature are reduced by 1.0% and 20.3 ℃ respectively. 6 以軸流風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)行緩速通風(fēng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)：降溫效果良好;單位能耗低，在倡導(dǎo)節(jié)能的今天尤為重要;通風(fēng)時(shí)機(jī)易掌握，不易出現(xiàn)結(jié)露;不用單獨(dú)配備風(fēng)機(jī)，方便靈活。缺點(diǎn)：由于風(fēng)量小，通風(fēng)時(shí)間長(zhǎng);降水效果不明顯，高水份糧不宜用軸流風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)行通風(fēng)。
The advantages of slow speed ventilation with axial flow fan are: good cooling effect; low unit energy consumption, which is particularly important in today's advocating energy conservation; the ventilation opportunity is easy to grasp, and condensation is not easy to occur; there is no need to equip the fan separately, which is convenient and flexible. 7 離心風(fēng)機(jī)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)：降溫、降水效果明顯，通風(fēng)時(shí)間短;缺點(diǎn)：?jiǎn)挝荒芎母?通風(fēng)時(shí)機(jī)掌握不好易出現(xiàn)結(jié)露。
Advantages of centrifugal fan: obvious cooling and precipitation effect, short ventilation time; disadvantages: high unit energy consumption; poor ventilation timing, prone to condensation.
